Returns & Exchanges

At NOX, we want for you to love your new pieces! Here is how we can help fix any issues you may have with your new items:

NOX accepts refund requests only and we do not accept exchange requests.

If you wish to exchange your order, please make a return and place a new order.

NOX will accept, for return, items that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered and free of damages by the customer as long as the return or exchange is initiated within 30 days of the delivery date to the customer.  For a full refund, mail out your item within 30 days from the receipt of original order by the customer.  Please note, refunds are exclusive of shipping cost. Items returned after 30 days from the delivery of the original order to the customer will be charged for the cost of return shipping. Items must be returned with all NOX tags still attached and must be in their original packaging such as dust bags.

NOXPLATES CANNOT be returned or exchanged. 

Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be received and processed.
